Our goal is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging with your receipt, within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund.  If you do not have a receipt, an in-store credit will be issued at our discretion, reflecting the lowest selling price offered in the previous 30 days. 

Exceptions for this policy include all red tagged items,undergarments,diapers, bottles and soothers (unless manufacturer's defect) which are final sale items.  Exceptions will be at the discretion of management.  We will only accept Baby-Pops merchandise and returns will only be credited back to the original tender type.
