As the Director of a childcare centre, I am always looking for quality, educational, and cost efficient toys for the children. We recently purchased a rain cover for our Phil & Ted's stroller.  After trying it out we found that we were having a hard time fitting it properly onto our stroller.  We went to your store on Saturday (June 14th) for assistance.  We received such good customer service from both women working at your store.  Our cover was not sized properly and we were able to exchange it for a proper one with no problem.  It is such a refreshing change to have good customer service.  Thank you so much!
